Fiesta Mexicana in Mackenbach

This was might be the closest to authentic Mexican food; however, the staff and customer service is poor. They are very rude and because they have many customers they feel they can turn people away and treat people with rudeness and is truly unprofessional. I was born and raised in Guadalajara but every time I order from this restaurant, I always have a bad experience. Just one example I ordered takeout at 5:30pm and they told me I couldn’t pick up the food until after 8pm dont know why it was going to take 2 and half hours to make my order. When I get there they hadn’t made my order and I tried to speak with the owner and manager and they were so rude. Upon asking they took my order over the phone but never wrote it down or it was lost. I’m glad their business is doing well but I hope they really change their customer service their food is good but it’s not as authentic as it could be. The customer service takes away from the quality food their food. Just because the they may have cornered the market when it comes to Mexican food doesn’t give them the right to be rude. Es muy triste que este sea el único lugar que ofrezca comida Mexicana rica pero no es la mejor. Su servicio al cliente es pésimo, son muy mal educados y se dan la grandeza de ser altaneros con la gente, por que se pueden dar el gusto de hacerlo puesto que la gente sigue escogiendo su restaurante por que es lo más cercano a comida mexicana pero si hubiera más de donde escoger no tuvieran la clientela que tienen y no se podrían dar el gusto de ser tan arrogantes como lo son. Hay que tener un poco de humildad y tener mejor tácticas para la atención al Cliente. Mis experiencias con ustedes han sido de lo peor y lastima que no pueda recomendarlos pero su servicio es pésimo.

The best Mexican Restaurant in the area. This is the most authentic Mexican place around. The Tacos are great! This is the first place that I have had Mexican food that tastes and looks like it was fresh. All of the "other" places around that cater to Americans always look and taste like frozen TV dinners. Even during the current situation, the place is busy for pickups. If you want a truly authentic Mexican meal, then this is your place.

This is the best mexican food I have found in europe! I'm so glad it exist, it makes me feel a little closer to home especially during the current situations! Thank you guys for being there and bringing great food to my table.

Fiesta catered for my husbands going away for 12 people and the food was delicious! They did it out of their normal operating hours for us too to accommodate us. It was 15 euro per person, we got a choice of 3 meats, every single topping you could imagine, rice, beans, and chips and multiple salsas! It was delicious! We had more than enough food too, plenty of leftovers. It came as buffet style so everyone could create their own. It was amazing! We ordered last minute and they could fulfill it! Great service! Really, really good Mexican food. I enjoy coming here, they definitely have quality food...the only thing is how lonnnnnnnnnnggggg it takes to get your food. Some would say in spanish, "fueron a matar la vaca, o que?". So you're in for great food and a long wait.

Really authentic Mexican food ??

Went for Taco Tuesday. The beef tacos I got were pretty tasty. Service, however, was very disorganized. Their horchata and guacamole are also mediocre. The guac was too liquidy and the horchata was somewhat bland.

You can get a German card if you ask for it! The staff is always ready to help and, if necessary, to explain food and drinks that are unclear :) Most of the staff only speaks English and Spanish (but there are also German-speaking staff!) But they do their best to help you as best they can . And let's be honest - just have the courage to speak English :) The restaurant is a sports home (obviously) but let's be honest ... so what .. what was made of it is more than just a sports home! The food is authentic Mexican, so no comparison to the Mexico in the area mentioned so far, super delicious and absolutely fresh. And here, too, I have to say - get out of the comfort zone and try your way through Mexico's menu ... it's worth it!

Almost impossible to say something negative about this restaurant. Food is exceptional and will definitely satisfy your needs of authentic Mexican food while in Germany. Nice and quaint restaurant with good service, just have to give them a little time because they prepare everything fresh! So enjoy one of their amazing drinks while you wait and enjoy your experience! A must go for good food in the area if you’re missing authentic Mexican food!

I have a bit of constructive criticism, I would suggest double tortilla for the tacos. The tacos get soggy and because there is just 1 tortilla, the tortilla rips and now I'm eating my taco with a fork. -_- Add some flavor to the guacamole. Please make the tostadas not soupy so I can actually pick it up and eat it as it was intended to be eaten. I still like this place, and will still come, but improvements need to be made for the prices they are charging. They could use 1 or 2 more waiters, cash only.

The meat was super salty... service wasn't the best either. Got charged for things we didnt get and was told the put the two ordered meals in one plate?? ?.... Not recommended!

They charged me for 110 euros for the remaining balanced. I only actually owed 30. They forgot the orders and kept bring food out late and also food that did not belong to our table. They charged us for false meals no on placed. I will never go to them and recommend no one go to them.

Excellent dinner with friends, friendly and helpful staff, the only pity is that the children's playroom could not be used due to the corona ?bravi

We've been to a couple of other "Mexican" restaurants in the area and this is by far my favorite and closest to authentic Mexican cuisine.

Prices are a bit higher than what I am used to, but the food is good. I will return.

I hate to “Karen” this review because i’m not the person to care but. Ordered shortly after they opened. Told us the order will only take 30 minutes. 30 minutes later they said it’ll be an hour. Then we come back and said the order was written for 6:20. Mind you we ordered at 4:40ish. Still currently waiting while writing this and I’ve already seen people who came after us finishing their food. First and highly last time coming here. No taco is worth a 2+ hour wait.

Best Mexican food in Germany. Hands down. Carne asada fries on point!

Was recommended by a co-worker. Ended up going on a Sunday at 1600(when they open). Did not have reservations but they were able to seat us. Ordered the Cadillac Margarita (Top Shelf) and 3 street tacos. Everything was absolutely delicious and I really loved the Al Pastor tacos. Some of the best street tacos I’ve had at a restaurant in Europe. Would definitely recommend getting reservations as I had seen some people get turned away for not having any.

The food has the true Mexican flavor. The Chef is a Mexican professional, and the restaurant is run by its owners, which guarantees the best service. ?

There should also be a German menu. The food tasted really good. The conditions were friendly.

I gave this place 2 stars because even though the tacos and the nachos were wet and soggy, the filling was delicious. For the 50Euro we spent, - should give it 1 star. (29 Jul) I arrived on time for the pick-up and then had to wait an extra 20 mins. It was obvious my order sat for a long time because the tortillas became one with the filling. The nachos looked like slop, and we couldn't separate the tacos! This was our second bad experience. What a shame!

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Ramstein. Even if you can’t dine in, they do take-away (even take-away margaritas too!) My favorite is the veggie burrito (I add steak - but the veggie combo is delicious!) and I always opt for a top shelf tequila in my margarita. It’s worth it!

This should be the only option for Mexican Food in the local area. In my opinion, it can be a bit pricey. Nevertheless, it is difficult to get this type of authenticity anywhere in Germany.

Parking here is free and available, theres is a good amount of space although It is definitely limited. The place is nice and they have outside sitting as well. There is a lot of grass space and some stuff for kids to play, this is a perfect family spot for sure. *CASH ONLY* and they do not have an ATM on the premisses so please make sure to bring some EURO cause they also o not take dollars here. I got some water as always I love me some sparkling water, but they also have spring water but it is not free, most places around here sell their water and do not provide tap water at all. as far as the for goes I got myself: STEAK RANCHEROS - I got it without the jalapeños cause I am not a huge fan of too much spice but it does come with it is not asked to take them off. the food was pretty good and the serving size was pretty nice too! they give you the choice of flour or corn tortillas as well and appreciated that as I am not a huge fan of flour tortillas. overall it is a nice spot with plenty calming areas and the food is pretty good. I wish they took card but they do not so this is an important detail to keep in mind for sure cause we did not have cash and we had a hard time after the meal. If you have the time try it out it is worth it.

Hands down the best Mexican food in Rheinland Pfalz! It’s like having a slice of home over here. The service is always friendly and helpful, and the food is always fresh, homemade, and delicious. I have never been disappointed with any of the menu items, but definitely try the Baja fish tacos!!

The food was ok. We had a better experience the last time we were here (of course that was pre-COVID). We had to sit outside because we didn't have a reservation and the inside was full and that was ok but it felt like we were forgotten about for a little while. Once we did finally order, the food and drinks came fairly quickly but it was mediocre. I had actually suggested this place because I felt like it was the best in the Ktown area. I really hope this was a one-off experience. I still will come back and recommend it to others.

Great food

Food was pretty good! The Gorditas were tasty! The birria tacos were meh...but the carne asada fries were pretty good! The service was not so great, two waitresses were not so friendly and forgot to bring drinks. The third waitress was pretty nice. Food took a while to come out....overall it’s a good place but hopefully they get the customer service up to par as it seems to be problematic.

Great food and the pico salsa is bomb! However, our service was lackluster. We ordered 6 tacos only five came out. Before we even got our food a server came up to us and asked if we needed anything. I responded “no”. Then she said “well do you want the check then”....... I was pretty surprised by that to say the least.
